苏格兰毕业生职业咨询服务联合会，是苏格兰所有大学就业服务部门的代表组织。苏格兰毕业生职业咨询服务联合会已经从苏格兰政府成功获得资金来举办在中国就业的虚拟招聘会。招聘会的主要目的，是为那些希望在中国寻找就业机会的学生和毕业生提供与中国雇主的直接联系。
虚拟招聘会以基于网络平台的形式进行，会集中一些软件工具，包括职位空缺数据库、电子指导工具、简历库和在线聊天室。 学生可以访问雇主为毕业生提供的就业机会信息；参加与雇主的实时在线问答会；从专业职业顾问寻求帮助；提交申请。
中国的很多雇主都显示了极大的兴趣，很多大型的国际公司阿特金斯，毕马威中国，恒安标准人寿，渣打银行，安德珍生物技术公司，奥雅纳，雷博国际会计，路伟律师事务所，东软集团，Tesco资产有限公司等已经申请参加。
以下是参加招聘的15个雇主的名单：
1 Agden Biotechnology Ltd A biotechnology company, a business partner of NEOGEN EUROPE.
2 Arup An designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists.
3 Atkins An engineering consultancy and multidisciplinary consultancy firm, which is involved in Planning, design and enabling of complex capital projects.
4 BSRIA An engineering, technical and market research experts provide independent, objective and practical help in design, construction and occupancy of the built environment.
5 China Daily One of the most authoritative providers of news and views (in English) in China.
6 Heng An Standard Life A joint venture of Tianjin Taida Investment Holding Group and Standard Life.
7 KPMG China KPMG China is a provider of professional services, which include Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
8 Lehman Brown A China-focused accounting, taxation and business advisory firm.
9 Li Ning A famous sports gear company in China.
10 Lovells One of the largest international business legal practices, with over three thousand people operating from 28 offices in Europe, Asia and the United States.
11 Neusoft The largest software development and IT Services company in China, headquartered in Shenyang.
12 Philips A world leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lighting, Philips integrates technologies and design into people-centric solutions.
13 Standard Chartered
Listed on both London and Hong Kong stock exchanges. One of the first foreign banks to locally incorporate in China in April 2007.
14 Tesco Property Ltd Britain’s leading retailer, Britain’s leading retailer, one of the top three retailers in the world.
15 Vermilion Vermilion offers a range of merchant banking and corporate advisory services to leading multinationals, Chinese companies and investors.
