1989年出生于英国朴茨茅斯的小伙子哈利·波特曾经过着普通人的生活，直到JK罗琳的魔幻巨作打破了他的安宁。

  波特表示：“没人相信我说的是我自己的名字。跟我女朋友认识的时候我得把我的护照啦、驾照啦、银行卡啦拿出来让她知道我没骗她。我是个超级球迷，可是这名字让我买球票都难上加难。他们一开始总是觉得我在骗他们，然后好不容易让他们相信了吧，他们就开始爆笑了。趟趟如此。我在地区联盟队里踢球，球场解说员可乐了，三天两头说‘哈利·波特给对手施了个魔咒’啥啥的。”

  这位现实生活中的哈利·波特还真跟书里面的角色一样，脑袋额头上有个疤(不是泥巴……)，而且呢，他还跟在哈利·波特系列电影中的男主角丹尼尔同龄。果然无巧不成书。想想如果当初他去应征面试电影主角，而且还被选中的话……

  He said: ‘No one ever believes that I’m telling the truth about my name. I had to show my girlfriend my passport, my bank card, and my driving licence to convince her that I wasn’t lying。

  ‘Evengetting my season ticket for Portsmouth FC was a bit of a pain – I’m amassive football fan, but I had problems at the ticket office。

  ‘First they didn’t believe that my name was genuine, and when I convinced them, they thought it was hilarious. It’s never-ending。

  ‘I play a lot of football as well in a local league, and the matchreports are always full of puns – ‘Harry Potter cast a spell on the opposition and that kind of thing.’

  The real Harry Potteralso has a scar on his forehead like the book character, and is the same age as Daniel Radcliffe, the actor who plays Potter in the movies。
