Company Information TreeHouse is a Non-Maintained Special School educating pupils from the ages of 4-19 using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). It is part of the TreeHouse Trust, the national charity for autism education, whose aim is to transform through education the lives of the 1 in 100 children who are diagnosed with autism, and the lives of their families. We educate children, support parents, train professionals and influence policy makers. We are pioneering, innovative and ambitious.
Starting salary £15,500, with competency based rises.

Skills and Qualifications You will need:
* Relevant degree level education or a recognised qualification in childcare.
* Experience of working with children and/or people with special needs.
* The ability to commit to a two-year development programme in ABA, curriculum and teaching children with autism.
* To work effectively in a team environment.
