 职责描述

Position 2. Solution Managers
 Responsibilities:
          1. Provide integrated network development and business operation solution to different telecom operators (fixed network/mobile network/integrated network) around the world, including network planning, business planning and consultation on network development strategies.
          2. Provide marketing solution aiming at top decision-makers in order to steer and realize combined sales of multiple products.
 Requirements:
          1. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer or other relevant disciplines.
          2. Over 3 years working experience in telecommunication-related industries; relevant working experience with manufacturers/operators/consultation companies is preferred.
          3. Good comprehension and experience with telecom network structure, telecom network development and evolution concept, telecom network optimization principles and telecom operation, etc.
          4. Highly result-oriented, solid skills in communication and coordination, good sense of team work; willing to work overseas.

Position 3.Bidding Manager
 Responsibilities:
You should be responsible for the management of comprehensive or large-scale projects, acting as the roles of both a bid team leader and general technical engineer:
          1. Work with the account team to manage account opportunities, organize and take part in pre-bid technical direction, respond to tender documents, produce bidding documents, negotiate the key issues with clients.
          2. Understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones on time and steer the team to successful completion.
          3. Understand customer requirement, especially the solution requirement. Coordinate all team members to work on the requirement analysis, strategy and solution design.
          4. Prepare and present impressive bids/tenders which balance technical/commercial competitiveness, solution quality and profitability, with contribution from all team members throughout the bidding and evaluation phase.
 Requirements:
          1. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer, Electronics or relevant disciplines.
          2. Good understanding of state-of-the-art telecom technology and network structure.

4、数据管理工程师
 职责描述
1、参与公司级数据管理变革项目;
2、组织或参与销售领域数据管理变革项目,制订销售数据管理标准,建立可信销售数据源,保证下游使用环节及时、完整、准确获取相关数据;
3、通过监控、跟踪、审计等手段,识别售前数据管理中相关痛点、问题和差距,进行根因分析,持续提高销售数据质量。

Position4. Data Management Engineer
 Responsibilities:
          1. Participate in data management transformation project at corporate-level.
          2. Organize and participate in data management transformation project in sales area, formulate standards for sales data management, establish reliable sales data source and ensure that data can be acquired timely, completely and accurately in downstream.
          3. Identify pain points, issues and gap in pre-sales data management, analyze root causes and constantly improve sales data quality by the way of monitoring, tracking and auditing.
 Requirements:
          1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronics, compute science, management or relevant disciplines. Proactive, strong execution ability, careful thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
          2. Able to communicate and cooperate with global renowned consulting companies.
          3. Three years or above data management experience in large enterprises. Familiar with product sales, services, supply chain or R&D in telecommunication vendor.

 职责描述
1、参与销售流程设计(含内控)、优化与落地推行;

Position5. Process Management Engineer
 Responsibilities:
          1. Participate in the sales process design (including internal control), optimization and deployment.
          2. Collect, analyze and monitor process performance indicators and promote business improvement.
          3. Set up sales quality management system, employ quality management methods and tools to promote quality improvement activities in business departments.
 Requirements:
          1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronics, compute science, management or relevant disciplines. Proactive, strong execution ability, careful thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
          2 Able to communicate and cooperate with global renowned consulting companies.
          3 Three years or above sales experience in telecommunication vendor industry or consulting experience in relevant area.
          4 Deep understanding and rich experience in process optimization, quality management and performance management. Familiar with the establishment and maintenance of ISO9000/ TL9000 system.

 职责描述

1、本科及以上学历,通信、计算机、电子等相关专业;10年以上大型通信企业或运营商工作经验,并包含至少4年的售前技术支持或Marketing市场营销工作经验;

Position 6. Senior Technical Sales Manager
 Responsibilities:
Senior technical sales manager for UMTS/GSM/CDMA/WiMAX/LTE/Core Network/Access Network / Transport Network /Datacom/Solution. You will:
          1. Maintain critical awareness of business targets and the development of technical strategies to foster new penetrations in the telecomm market areas.
          2. Regional sales planning, implementing and promoting for telecommunication products.
          3. Sales and market analysis for telecommunication products
          4. Contribute to the bidding process, leading the technical elements of the bid and providing necessary technical directions at each stage of the bid.
          5. Support account team in identifying, developing and maintaining sound, long term relationships with existing and potential clients.
          6. Through extensive dialogue with the customer, ensure that Huawei' s or 3rd party' s products which are part of the offer can adequately serve customers' requirements.
 Requirements:
          1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electronics or relevant disciplines; At least 10 years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies
          2. Good understanding of telecommunications with particular skills in the area of UMTS/GSM/CDMA/WiMAX/LTE/Core Network/Access Network/ Transport Network/Data Communication products.
          3. Strong presentation skills to ensure customer full awareness of Huawei products solutions and capabilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to manage projects from concepts to completion, proven track record in networking solutions, previous technical sales and marketing experience would be an advantage

Position 7. Contract Expert/Contract Manager
Job Responsibilities
1.Contract manager is involved in making contract clause and contract commercial negotiation during pre-sales period. For after-sales period, contract manager is responsible for contract fulfillment management, fulfillment risk management, contract change and claim management, which insuring the contract is delivered timely and accurately with high-quality and low-cost, and speeding up billing.
           2.Contract manager is the key role during HuaWei’s communication with client, and also is the core member in HuaWei’s key delivery project.
Job Requirements
1. Major in international business/international trade/project management / legal/ financial/ Architecture/telecommunications with bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Language requirements: English could be used as working language.
3.Work experience(meet one requirement is ok)
At least 8 years’ work experience of telecom fields with successful project contract management/bidding/legal/ project management/financial management experience in large telecom projects.
At least 10 years’ work experience in non-telecom fields with successful project management and contract management work experience in overseas-construction projects.
At least 10 years’ work experience of large international company in other fields, and take the role of senior commercial manager/purchasing manager/financial manager/legal staff.
4. Good at communication, positive motivated, strong sense of teamwork and are willing to work overseas.

Job Responsibilities
          1. Independently manage projects with high risk and complexity ensuring final delivery to meet customer’s expectations of Time and Quality.
          2. Ensure project complete within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal and external resources management.
          3. Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
Job Requirements
          1. Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering ,Telecom or equivalent, Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional project management methodologies is essential, Project Management Certification (e.g. P.M.I.) desirable.
          2. Typically 3 years relevant experience in telecom deployment / core networks and/or system integration type projects.
          3. Good knowledge of Telecom Civil Work would be desirable, but not mandatory.
          4. Approvable team leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, highly independent and self-motivated

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Planning, designing and developing Customer Support Services product or Service Solution for telecommunication equipments (such as the warranty support service, maintenance support service, Spare parts management service solution, etc. ),including but not limited to service specification, service proposal template, marketing and sales material,pricing and costing guidelines and tools, business case, delivery guidelines, etc.
2. Responsible for Provide pre-sale support for major CS (Customer Support) Service Sale projects, including but not limited to provide support to make service solution, cost estimate and price.
3. Take charge of Service Product or Service Solution knowledge transfer to Customer Support Services bidding and delivery team. Provide technical support to the application of service product or service solution.
Job Requirement
1. University graduate or above with degree, major in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science is preferable.
2. At least 2+ years experience of telecommunication maintenance or technical support,or 3+ years experience of spare parts management or delivery.
3. Has good communication skill, expression ability and good service consciousness;

10、管理服务(网络外包)方案开发专家
工作职责
1.对管理服务行业发展趋势,客户需求(如网络运维外包)进行研究和探索,规划和设计服务产品组合并开展管理服务产品的产品管理。

Position 10. Managed Services Outsourcing Solution Expert
Job Responsibilities
1. Explore and analyze the trend and requirements for Managed Services, i.e. operator’s network O&M outsourcing. Plan and design the service product portfolio and manage the service product development.
2. Plan, design and develop Managed Services product, including but not limited to service specification, marketing and sales material, pricing and costing guidelines and tools, business case, delivery guidelines, contract template etc.
3. Take charge of product knowledge transfer to Managed Services bidding and delivery force. Provide support to bidding and delivery projects.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
2. Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
3. At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with telecom O&M and its outsourcing evolution history and trend. Strong customer-oriented and business minded. Understanding operator's challenges, long term business and market requirements.
4. At least 5 years large project/dept management experience with good track records. Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferred.
5. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Field maintenance, network performance management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, outsourcing, resource transfer management (people and asset).
6. Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
7. Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Good presentation and documentation skills.
