旅店介绍:
The Ship Inn, beautifully situated at the edge of Stonehaven's picturesque harbour, was built in 1771. The Inn was acquired by Simon Cruickshank in May 2004. Mr Cruickshank has many years experience in the licensed trade, and also owns Troupers Bar in Barclay Street. Stonehaven is the main town in Kincardineshire
Aberdeen, the Oil Capital of Europe, is a short motorway drive away (15 - 20 minutes) and there are good bus and train services too.
Stonehaven is a popular destination for the people of Aberdeen city and Shire, being an attractive and historic small town with a picturesque harbour, scenic golf course and many other attractions.
In the bar, we serve a wide range of draught beers - including real ales which are changed regularly for variety - and offer a selection of more than 100 malt whiskies including our own 10 year old malt The Ship Inn.
In our restaurant - The Captain's Table - we offer a wide range of freshly cooked dishes using the finest ingredients. Fresh, locally caught fish and seafood are a speciality but we are also pleased to offer fine steaks, chicken dishes, pasta, home-made burgers - something for everybody, in fact! Meals are also served in the bar and - weather permitting - outside on the terrace.
We have six comfortable bedrooms. All the rooms have double beds ( two of which are four-posters ), and one also has a single bed for family use.
All of the rooms have en-suite showers and WCs, hairdryers, tea and coffee-making facilities and colour televisions and all but one of our bedrooms offers beautiful views of the harbour.
There are no parking restrictions in the vicinity of the Inn, and Stonehaven's main shopping area is only a few minute's walk away.
Day visitors can enjoy visiting the local shops or the many attractions nearby and then finish with good fresh food in our restaurant or bar.
